Andrew Monaghan
Title: Director Affiliation: Russia Research Network Ltd; Senior Associate Fellow, Royal United Services Institute (RUSI)
Dr. Andrew Monaghan is Director of the Russia Research Network Ltd and a Senior Associate Fellow at RUSI. He has advised governments, international organizations, and major companies on Russian affairs. He is the author of several books, including Dealing with the Russians (2019) and Power in Modern Russia (2017).
