Abstract

Dr. Dmitry Adamsky presented the first in a three-part series of workshops examining the establishment of the new Main Military Political Directorate (MMPD).

The workshop explored the mission, structure, and concept of operations of the MMPD, tracing its evolution from Soviet-era roots to its current employment in the Russian Ministry of Defense.
